My word they have certainly excelled themselves with the losses this time £5m!!!

The key figure though is Net cash outflow from operating activities of £2.55m, as I have stated many occasions this company can never exist as a private entity only with an influx of PI and institution money.

Revenues have continued to increase, up 258% to £7,696,000 (2010: £2,151,000). Although a loss of £5,613,000 was incurred, this was after a number of significant one-off charges and costs as detailed in the financial statements. Net debt was £1,291,000 compared to £419,000 at December 2010. Importantly, we have since the year end secured the support of investors who, with the board, see exciting prospects in the businesses going forward.

Not much to say really. Bit shocked to read your recent comms. Perhaps the deadline is as MikeyD seem to indicate 20/10?

Either they beat the real deadline, or they won't, or they never planned to, or they will not be allowed back.

anyones guess.

20/10 is the 6 months suspension firming up to delisting.

The deadline for this years missed results (not last years) would have given them a suspension. Not a big deal considering.

So at a guess they are not going to be delisted cause of this as they have Nomad, I think I remember. This is a just ANOTHER missed investor deadline. I think.

Well judging the complete apathy around the boards I think it's safe say people have either given up completely and abandoned their threads or just can't be bothered to post. Can't say I blame them either.

well you say that but......there were things that happened here which were just plain wrong on a number of occasions where we were either misled or not informed imo....the issue of shares debacle for one.

The whole Pritchards fiasco and loans being made without any information being published.

The ridiculous mismanagement of the companies finances that led to the first suspension...

Ah well, we didnt expect any better really so it is no surprise to us.

They had my faith for a long long time.

It may take many years but what goes round comes round and the AIM market will be disbanded completly one day. Until AIm hurts people ine government (any party) nothing will be done.

We make our own choices though and we only have ourselves to blame for losing our money.

Well done for contacting them at least.

What a disgraceful way to treat a shareholder making a genuine enquiry about something the company promised to provide by today....shocking but not entirely unexpected as they can simply chose to say nothing and just walk away if they want to, they are not answerable to anyone. I know as I have seen it happen elsewhere, a company can just chose not to bother submitting results and then just follow procedure when their NOMAD drops them and the rest is then nothing to do with them.

Right here is the line from the company. Not sure of the name of the guy I spoke with but his line is can I speak with someone who could update me with information regarding the release of your results. "we have received no update on our last news release" but are the results coming out today as promissed in the last rns? "we have had no further update". Surely there is someone there that knows whether you are releasing the figures today as promissed. "no". So there is nobody within the company that knows whether the results are being released? "Correct". I explained that they were a shambles of a management and he hung up on me.

He obviously was not the brightest bunny in the world.

The Directors therefore anticipate that the audited accounts will be published in the second half of September and that the interim results for the six months to 30 June 2012 will also be released before the end of September in accordance with the AIM rules......that's what they said
