You take this one for example.
I suggested on advfn that this would make a few bob if you bought at .60.
I was .............CORRECT.
I also advised that it might be wise to sell up to the deadline .
You don't even know what deadline is looming next do you lol.
You will though hahaha.

A change of advisor could just as easily mean the previous one told them to find one as they wanted to quit.
They have simply kicked the can further down the road and I would be very wary, their "deals" don't have the pi's interests at heart imo.
I don't like the look of this one and I certainly wouldn't be buying.
Far from it, something doesn't sit right for me.

The change of advisor indicated that something is cooking.

"The principal activity of the Company during the year was that of an investing company, actively
seeking and evaluating potential acquisition targets in the oil and gas and precious metals sectors to
increase shareholder value."

Oil or precious metal, must be close now and either will do.

M4 - you raise a fair point, reading through the investment policy guidance, it would appear to fall under the criteria of the investing company, investing a substantial proportion of the funds available to it (usually at least 75%) one for further clarification......GL S

swizz there's a set % for the minimal size of investment to avoid suspension...ZOL and PIRI did it....its more than 5% of the market cap...more like 51% ....probably worth having a further look and i would expect them to rns if they are compliant too....as its a material event
