Cutting it a bit fine to get the Green House Capital IPO and spin-off listing complete by the end of the quarter.

Only 16 days left.

13 days taking into account Good Friday and the Easter Weekend.

But where will the allotted 25,000,000 Green House Capital shares find a home?

Remember, MEN shareholders collectively own 18,750,000 of them (75%).

PL was very successful with IEC and Seversfield (I think) for a spell, I bought into MRP (Previous name of MEN) on the back of doing well with PL at IEC, I'm now inclined to believe that "top businessmen" are like top football managers, sometimes the stars align and they land at a club/business at the right time and in the right conditions....They subsequently dine out on that success for many years to come.

The FID for Q2 2023 was for a different format and not fertiliser.

I have been watching ATOM for 18 months now. I was directed here recently. I'm less inclined to invest in ATOME because of Peter Levine.

PP - By referring to the negative posters, I assume that you are mostly referring to Brasso and I. Despite our negativity over the years, we always wanted the company to succeed as we both hold/held relatively (For me, anyway) and I'm speaking for Brasso, so correct me if I'm wrong sizable positions in MRP, PPC, MEN for many years and all we have seen are losses, missed deadlines, placings, debt, failed workovers etc. The negative 95% figure in red in my ISA attests to what a disaster this has been. I would remind you that they have had capital raises of around $300m that has manifested in a current market cap of £2.5m. Any comments that we made were reasonably well presented with half decent analysis and even our own negative views were spectacularly out performed by the company. Even in the cold light of day, you cannot deny the facts that there has been enormous value destruction over a sustained period.
Even more sadly, like AIE... the fact that they are now able to get the assets to perform when they couldn't over such a prolonged period leaves a very bad taste in the mouth, you also point out what a good thing it is to be shut of $33m of debt, but who loaded that debt onto the company.

That's about how long the ATOM listing took from when the announcement came of the successful completion of the fund raise by Atome Energy Plc, when details of the dividend in specie were also given, Friday 17 December 2021. The shares commenced trading on Thursday 30 December 2021.

Maybe there is still time, AiE?

I note your edit. I’ve always been long on MRP, PPC, MEN and my trades have also been long also. I’ve never shorted.
Try and look at how uber positive you have been on here and what’s happened to the share price during that time. I believe I’m wasting my time getting you to look at that….

What would be the point in disputing it? It will either be an accurate statement by yourself, or inaccurate.

What I do always bear in mind though is, don't believe all of what you read on a public bulletin board, unless you've posted it yourself.

I’ve moderated an alias because I believed they crossed the line. But allowed them back. It’s all on the thread to see.
I believe in free speech and everyone entitled to their opinion.
The negative posts on here sadly are showing the reality of the situation over many years here and I wish I’d seen it earlier.
That said I believe there’s something to be salvaged hence I’m still here.
I’m a better trader than a long hence I only have two longs left. Once they play out I’m done with that part of the game.

Let me put this to you AiE...

Firstly, your core holding may well be greater than anyone on here, I won't dispute that. But with such an interest, share wise, in the Company, why have you seemingly allowed so much one sided negativity by a group of individuals operating here to be vented upon those who dare to forward a positive view, with no counter opinion?

One positive post invariably leads to a dozen negative ones, thus totally drowning out the positives. It's gone on for many years now.

Surely, with the vast majority of this negativity coming from unvalidated users of ADVFN, it would be in your own interest, as a "large" shareholder, to address some of the obvious, at times, incorrect statements being made by these users, and their personal and persistent attacks on other posters, the Company and its personnel?

And for the record; surely being long and short on the same stock is not conducive to expectation of share price increase?

And for the record as you call this the traders thread. My trades are long but I’m realistic. And I believe my core holding is greater than anyone on here. But probably have similar paper losses!
