27/2/2024 21:16 | Peter Levine to Malcolm Graham-Wood, 26 February 2024... "I can tell you the direction that Atome is going. I can tell you the direction that Green House is going. And Molecular owns both of those. So I can tell you that money will continue coming in now from Argentina, which has actually turned an absolute corner, and where the Argentine business can actually help Molecular in various states, which it will do". 27/2/2024 21:16 | I read it as a threat that he’d take it private…… | chris cat
27/2/2024 19:29 | In that awful video PL did say the market would be sorry? The only reason the market would be sorry is lost of earning/money. Is he saying the low share price is about to rocket and the mm will suffer? Or is that just wishful thinking? | nafnaf3
27/2/2024 17:14 | I don’t for a minute believe the current mcap is justified. As I say interesting times. | all in eol

27/2/2024 17:10 | In 2020...Share Capital of $35.7m plus Share Premium of $258m, Capital raised therefore $293.7......turned into £2.64m. Part of the reason that I was against the re-capitalisation of the Share Premium account was because it effectively disappeared into P&L reserves, smoke and mirrors to give the impression of historical profits. | chris cat
27/2/2024 17:01 | Per the Dec 22 statutory accounts the net assets stood at $138m, granted there has been a bit of movement since then but that is some dislocation to Market Cap. Of course $45m of this is "intangible". Pirity is noted as being $46m. I honestly can't remember what else is included in Pirity, assume it must be the MDT gas assets? | chris cat
27/2/2024 16:55 | Market Cap...£2.64m!!!! | chris cat

27/2/2024 15:26 | Can anyone ever recall any investment that has managed to reverse such a doom loop as MEN? | chris cat
27/2/2024 09:48 | Brasso....I think he said at the start of that interview, "it was very sad" that they had to do that placing. | chris cat
27/2/2024 09:01 | Is today’s plummet from the interview or insider news from Paraguay? What a finish to a long journey that showed so much promise originally. My worst buy ever… | pecuniary
27/2/2024 07:12 | Its also quite obvious from that interview that Paraguay is a duster. Strange there was no mention of the recent placing at 35p which cut the share price in half! | brasso3
26/2/2024 21:59 | I assume the other non PL holders won't just collectively roll over with any rubbish offer especially in context of what a tiny market cap it now is (his own words) | value viper

26/2/2024 21:39 | A big premium from here will not be enough for many of us and I’m pretty sure most will not average down on the drop if we hit a duster so it will hurt if the market doesn’t take this up and it goes private. | all in eol
26/2/2024 21:34 | Private equity pays record premiums for public companies | all in eol
26/2/2024 19:43 | His plan is clear from his words. He will delist MEN during 2024 as I have been warning. | brasso3
26/2/2024 19:41 | PL cannot understand why the market does not value any of these businesses that do not create revenue, cashflow or profitability. | brasso3
26/2/2024 19:35 | Thanks for posting, LR2. Malcy more and more always looks and sounds as if he's just come off a long lunch. His mumbling and incoherent blathering is embarrassing to watch and. imo, detracts from a key strategic interview. I though PL did well to patiently go along with it. What could have been an in depth inquiry into the management decisions that have driven the share price to the current all time lows and what specifically is PL going to do near term to recompense some very disgruntled shareholders ended up as 23 minutes of PL shrugging his shoulders about the MCap, saying the market doesn't understand us and painting yet more blue sky after having begun by emphasising the low CoS of Tapir x-1 - "don't invest in MEN on the basis of this drill". Did he go ahead with it just to satisfy the terms of the CPC JV? | masergt
26/2/2024 19:21 | Kiss of death! | brasso3
26/2/2024 19:16 | No black gold is my guess after watching that pathetic video | nafnaf3 |
