An RNS telling us we’re getting an RNS. The words “operationally profitable” should be a real positive, the trouble is, operating profit is stated before financing costs and depreciation and given the size of our debt the finance costs could erode bottom line profits and cash.

Molecular Energies PLC (AIM: MEN), the international energy company, states that an update on both its hydrocarbons business, which continues to be operationally profitable, as well as an update on the Green House Capital alternative energies division, is scheduled to be provided on 9 January 2023 being after the Group's year end.

PP, whilst I get frustrated at your constant (unrewarded) positivity on MEN, I genuinely appreciate your input, but the above is the best post you have ever made. Let’s hope PL and Co can respond with a positive share price enhancing RNS in the near future

PP - the marketing dept is and always has been shameful, which is partly why everybody mistrusts the company, if we are performing as well as we are led to believe then why aren't we shouting it from the rooftops? and why aren't more directors (excl PL) buying at these lowly prices. Regarding ATOME shareholding...does than mean we have been diluted by c2%? as I pointed out the other day, If we are chucking off so much cash....why didn't we take part in the placing the maintain our holding in this exciting new venture and help us to continue our plan to diversify from Carbons?

PP - Maybe the new companies will be used as the contracting arm to manage the oil fields and they will add some extra margin to try to extract money from Argentina.
