I suspect very strongly that little effort is made to enforce the smoking ban in pubs on rough estates, and those city centre pubs frequented by the lowest of the low.

I used to go fairly regularly when they were based in Enfield, and continued when they moved to Watford Football Club ground, but there current ground at Allianz Park is a step too far, so it's TV and finals for me.
