24/2/2006 17:20 | These shares are a con, and I don't even have any to know!! | mryesyes
22/2/2006 16:27 | Well well, there's a surprise. The RNS wording is spot on, not just a vague "the company is unaware of any reason for the share price movement". They obviously know the exact reason for the rise, i.e pump and dump. | bozzy_s
22/2/2006 15:19 | Listen to Dell everyone, he's right 99% of the time. This will be back at 12p before the weekend. The price rise isn't sustainable. There have only been £40k in shares traded, and the market cap has jumped by around £6m! A classic pump and dump, brought to you by the 2 x 30k buyers first thing today. | bozzy_s
22/2/2006 14:13 | OK, so all this excitement is based on information that is about 5 months old? Give me a break.... | siskinbird
22/2/2006 13:13 | "Siskinbird - 22 Feb'06 - 12:22 - 23 of 23 tiptornado How do you know they have sold 72 units at Frondoso Valley and 96 at Torre del Obispo? More details required please....." Siskinbird click on news at the top of this page and have a read of the interims: 'Our successful Euromed operation has now been restructured to further increase its efficiency. Euromed, which allows us exclusivity with developers and promoters on certain properties, is already making a positive contribution. Its first contract, the Frondoso Valley development in Murcia is producing a good revenue stream and the Group has sold 72 units at an average price of euros 185,000. A similar success is being shown by Euromed's second deal, the 7.5 million sq ft Torre del Obispo development, also in Murcia. It has sold 96 plots here, at an average price of euros 120,000. Unfortunately, the revenue from these deals comes too late to be included in the Interim figures.' Not long until results now onwards and upwards Zabb | zabbadan

22/2/2006 12:07 | Is it just being ramped or will this get back to 80p?????...who knows | elsworth
22/2/2006 12:03 | Watch your backs here, chaps. This is just another illiquid stock getting the pump'n'dump treatment from the iii pump'n'dump team, lead by perpetual liar, tiptornado. I see yesterday's huge ramp, OEP, has now been dumped and this is the next candidate.... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
22/2/2006 11:26 | Great looking website.... www.medseaestates-ir from the website: "Company Profile Medsea Estates S.L. was established by Tony Gatehouse in December 1998, to service the marketplace of the increasing number of UK and Irish nationals looking to acquire residential properties in Spain. In the five and half years since that time, new subsidiary companies have been established and the Group has expanded rapidly. The core activity of the Group continues to be to act as an intermediary between developers in Spain and property agents in the UK and Ireland for the sale of residential properties. Commissions are generated on each sale, receivable from the developer or promoter, out of which commissions are payable by Medsea to the UK and Irish property agents. The Company was admitted to trade on AIM during August 2004, and it is the Directors' intention to use this as a base from which to expand the Group's activities. In addition, the Directors believe that there will be opportunities available to link more closely with the Group's UK and Irish agents by offering them shares in the Company and undertaking possible acquisitions within the sector." Well worth a look... Tony Gatehouse owns 54.6 million of these babies (77.31%) along with Juan Carlos Martinez 9.6 million (13.64%) In excess of 90% of the companies stock is closely held. 22/2/2006 09:56 | Oversold. Solid sales, Extremelly aggresive management, who when they identify dead wood, chop it out. Results due very soon. Gradual sell down by bored PI's. Sales not included in last set of interims. RECOVERY is certain..... Unfortunately, the revenue from these deals comes too late to be included in the Interim figures. | tiptornado
06/1/2006 11:56 | Impressive graph - from 1/2 year results the suggestion was that things were due to get better - Although the share price has still declined since. How good is the future looking or not looking as may still be the case? How can this sort of companys profits go down so much? How good is management? Are they spending too much time in the sun? | guru11
01/1/2006 16:13 | Just found another cracking tip from Catalyst. June 2005, Ashton Penny @ 22p | mrphil
31/12/2005 11:07 | Latest blurb from Catalyst straight in the bin - Double Carbon - which in other circumstances could have looked interesting. Happy New Year all. | mrphil
30/12/2005 14:58 | must be one of the scams of the year, someone is sunning themselves for life out of this, why is it so easy to raise funds on worthless stock | mryesyes
23/11/2005 10:44 | HUNTING LODGE: Just spotted your post Number 8 above - and now you mention it I had a copy of the same letter. I was about to sign a cheque but something about it made me screw the top of my fountain pen back on - perhaps it was a feeling that I too was about to be screwed! However today's 10% rise must have come from somewhere - so what's up I wonder? | sandbank
05/7/2005 15:06 | Maybe if they had thought of that there would have been a few open market buys LOL At least with difficulty you can sell the shares unlike the properties | mryesyes
31/5/2005 23:46 | can you use the shares as a 'deposit' to buy the props 'off-plan?' if the completion date had a bit of flexibility, it could probably be worked as a selling point. | bbbb
31/5/2005 18:55 | Quite honestly selling to the public what they knew they could not sell to institutions, the selling of what was clearly known to be "dodgy paper" is not lawful is it? This is a new con. BEWARE Establish a plc. Produce cool results. Put it on the market but you have control of all buying and selling. The only thing you don't control is idiots buying, but in any case that only helps you as in reality they are buying from you. Cool. Obviously the mm's just let it fly and of course it fell. Suspect will delist and never be seen again. Maybe a good one to go to the FSA about | mryesyes
27/5/2005 15:21 | LOL! They badgered me with calls also asking me to buy. What sh1te! | wole
17/5/2005 16:09 | I found an old letter today from Catalyst (Aug 2004) inviting me to subscribe at 85p. Not at all surprised to see the company has failed to deliver and that the share price has slumped. I see from RNS that Catalyst managed to offload more than a million shares to 412 unfortunates in that August 2004 "open offer" and that they are still flogging them on their web-site. It is incredible that a company such as this and with such a poor recent news record is capitalised at as much as £35 million. If you can short these with a spead betting firm, I would be highly tempted. As for buying, I wouldn't touch them with the proverbial barge-pole. | hunting lodge
14/5/2005 10:48 | knew I should have gone short!! anyway whats the current figures for these ?? profits P/E ratio etc? | pepi moon
21/4/2005 13:38 | Now we know what's going on - see today's RNS. Might actually be cheap at this price (52p)! | siskinbird |
