Restricted Share Scheme: Vesting of Award to Peter Reid, Group Chief Executive 
Media Square plc (AIM: MSQ) today announces that 70,000 restricted stock units 
issued to Mr Peter Reid, Group Chief Executive during October 2007 vested on the 
8th October 2010. 
Each restricted stock unit will be satisfied by the issue to the employee of one 
ordinary share in Media Square, with such share issues to be wholly satisfied by 
a transfer from the shareholding of Tenon (IOM) Corporate Services Ltd 
("Tenon"), sole trustee of the Group's employee benefit trust. The transfer will 
reduce Tenon's holding in Media Square from 8.09% to 7.89%.
