HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

MC Mining Limited (the "Company") has been notified by Haohua Energy International Resource Co., Ltd ("HEI") that as at 27 August 2020, HEI and its subsidiary companies held 23,120,879 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 14.97 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.

The number of shares held by HEI is unchanged, however the percentage of total shares held decreased by 1.41 per cent following the 17 August 2020 share placement of 13,331,433 ordinary shares.
