It seems that someone in the company strongly objects to allegations that some other posters have made on this thread. This happened before around the time of the Morrison contract cancellation too.

If they consider these allegations to be malicious and untrue then perhaps they could address and dismiss them on a point by point basis to shareholders at the AGM as they are already in the public domain. In fact another poster stated yesterday that he had made a copy of them just in case they were subsequently removed, although this assertion seems to have disappeared too. Just getting posts deleted without comment hardly constitutes a credible refutation. It will be interesting to discover whether they are raised and addressed at either meeting on the 20th or 26th.

I have requested and Peter Cowgill has accepted an opportunity to meet with shareholders in London at noon on Tuesday 20th September. It is not likely that any other Board members will be present nor that this should be seen as a reason to divert attention from the main business and questions that ALL shareholders should have for the AGM on Monday 26th September at 11.30 am.

Can those who visit this board say which or hopefully both meetings that they intend to attend ?

Possibly. I'm West London. Otherwise happy to go independently and lifts available if required, but I take your point that 3-4 hours on the motorway gives plenty of time to prepare questions!!

Just for the sake of clarity, are you actually a shareholder at the moment and, if so, do you intend to go to the AGM?

I am planning on arranging a mini-coach from London for the AGM as there are so many emailing me about going. It would be a good way for us to travel together , have three or four pick up locations along the way and compare notes ready for the meeting...Any thoughts ?

That way door to door may cost as little as £25-30 per head too. Say here if you would like to join the 'Leyland Hopper' and where you need a pick up. There are four guys I know in the North going direct and a shareholder who travelled last year from the Isle of Man going to make it again so they may have to consider a larger room.

Cautionary note.

It is only 'proposed' that the AGM be adjourned and then reconvened at 11.30. There is enough shareholding on the board to vote down the proposal and the meeting would go ahead anyway at 10.00 am.
I am particularly troubled by the words 'any shareholder arriving at 10.00 will be entitled to attend'
Would they?.... Could they?

If you deal through TDW you can vote on the resolutions online. I expect you can with others as well.

Well seems to be up and trading. "Under new management" no less.

I suspect that Gamesfan is a holding company with one asset (the domain name) up for sale. If it cost MBL £40k in total, that's still 85% cheaper than the cost of bee.com .

I remember the Outnow deal being done - the assets were bought from the company's administrators. It's obviously not clear why the losses were so high, and whether they will continue at the same rate. One to ask obviously....

Interestingly, cash4disks and cd4me have the same registered office as MBL Group. Are they subsidiaries? If not, why are they registered at the MBL office?

Whilst on directorships, perhaps shareholders might wonder if Mr TS Allan's directorships of the following (non MUBL companies) may in anyway conflict or perhaps distract him from his day job!

I am sure the Chairman will confirm that he knows about all of these Directorships, that each has been declared to him and that he is satisfied there is no conflict of interest and finaly that these interests do not conflict in any way with Allan's service contract and terms of employment.

Someone called Claire Anderson was a director of both Megafit and Gamesfan. Another director of Gamesfan was Gian Luzio, whose linkedin page has him down as the creator of bee.com.

Administrators were appointed to Outnow Entertainment on 8 February 2011 and it is now in liquidation.

The plot thickens. I'm almost tempted to buy some shares and travel to the AGM just for the fun of it.

I don't think I would take that as a starting assumption.

If there are folk off to the AGM it may be an idea to take the Roman Road route and see how much of this warehouse has atually been built.
