It's a 'phenix from the ashes' oil recovery play.A classic case of a totally tanked out trainwreck of a company, hammered by years of mismanagement, failure to deliver, savage dilution and a collapsed oil price from 2014.After finally dealing with its old problems, it has new assets and looks to be turning a new chapter. Low risk reward workover strategy with positive progress reported and initial results imminent. Assets are known mature oilfields in Texas Oklahoma.Immediate target is 60bopd and medium term target is 500bopd. This was valued at £2mln last week, which is plainly absurd given the multiples in play in similar smallcaps and the significant activity and newsflow to come. Even now, at £6.5mln - it's still far cheaper than companies with a similar plan like ZEN, CERP etc. It could double and still be cheap.Cash

I bought more half an hour ago and had ti split into 3 lots due to limited availability. Half decent first work overs will see this head toward £10-15 million market cap as the market forward looks where the business will be in 12 months; 1000 bopd and a £5-7 million annualised profit; demanding a £50 million market cap.

Given how the free float has been smashed up at ever higher levels this last week any news could provide a massive upsurge to the shareprice.

That was a proper vote of confidence. Not small fry traders.

After all this interest in the last few days, the company is still only valued at £6.7mln - cheaper than the vast majority of the smallcap oil gas universe listed on LSE.
