PyroPhase Information

2. Balance the electric distribution grid
3. Go back to old fields and produce what we can from left behinds which could be very large
4. Produce shales and oil sands without environmental destruction
5. Shale gas production
6. Coal bed Methane production
7. Possibility of liquid fuel production for coal
8. Renewable energy electric storage system in the fuel production
9. Environmental clean-up system on volatile hydrocarbons
10. Field tested and proven technology that has produced oil and gas from shales and oil sands, and has cleaned up volatile hydrocarbons and waste sites.
11. Melt wax blockages in a short period of time.

12. Frack with heat.

In the Bakken oil production ranges from 5-7%, by using the PyroPhase technology we have been able to show computer models of 50%+. This means that we could go back into old holes and produce much more oil. We have new patents issuing all the time, moving PyroPhase forward.

Ryan and the Pyrophase is in effect free on the first two forrest hill wells.

Results of such could be in by early November.

Also Shoats will be hived off once production restarted - I think we will see a nice $2m coming in for that...plus maybe a royalty.

I'm not sure many have realised the potential oh Pyrophase, lab tests suggest 5 fold increase in fluid recovery..........

Expectations next few weeks;

Stockdale--Morris 1 producing 74 barrels over eighteen hours, currently workover progressing. Ten more to go at 80,000 barrels per well estimated.

Forrest Hill--First three of six wells that the partner is working over with new heat stimulation techniques have started, three more wells within this program. Each well 50,000 barrels with thirty more in the later phase programs.

Zinc Ranch--Workover program started.

Shoats Creek--Should be onsite and starting production again on LM20.

I can see gross production across all the above to be pushing 500BOPD in the very near term, that should be easily possible and an outstanding effort by the team.

I think things will only really move when we are able to sell SC. Don't think we're generating much in the way of oil from there right now and I don't think any gas. Hopefully if the oil price moves up others will be interested in LLS oil.

SP needs to increase about 1184% for me to break even, but even I am hopeful for the first time in quite a while. This company has a habit of not delivering, but if they can keep the good news of an increasing revenue stream coming, then perhaps I will believe the corner has been turned.
