same old same old daily trait..MYN up first thing looking good then falls back...can it be different today pls? strong into the close and excellent RNS Tues morning.. AR commercial production news shortly and monthly update in a couple of weeks at least! bring it all on!!!!!

Added another 1,000,000 MYN shares at 0.79 pence a few seconds ago. Good luck holders. I am expecting over 1 penny fairly short term (within weeks).

Mayan now appears to have an interest in the following;

A direct working interest in its own workover projects in Texas and Oklahoma.

Increasing production from the above.

A 17.3% interest in Deloro and the Asphalt Ridge Project.

An indirect interest in shares in Petroteq.

An indirect interest in other projects that Petroteq may move into, assuming they will not just stick to Asphalt Ridge.

An indirect interest in Intellectual Property Rights when licences are sold to other companies wishing to utilise the oil sands extraction technology.

Indirect share of Petroteq dividend, if deemed appropriate.

An interest in Block Energy, soon to be listed on AIM.

Good deal all round, I say.

Looking at deal terms on Deloro/Petroteq we see Mayan as a near nil cost entry opportunity into PQE given value diffs of Texan fields v stock price. Repeat again our call for sellers of the stock to contact us.

As MYN has a 17.6% holing in Deloro, do we assume that MYN will now have a 17.6% indirect interest in the new Petroteq subscription units?

17.6% of 6,000,000 units, plus 17.6% of a further 4,000,000 units to be settled by June 13 2018?

Edit: Plus 17.6% of 6,000,000 warrants?

#MYN also note no if buts or maybes about 1000 bopd production but talk already of upscaling it. This should add substantial barrels straight off and if they reach 5000 bopd target in time vast vast increases to MYN bopd.

An interesting take. Let's hope so - MYN share price finally seems to be ticking up in right direction so we could all do without a massive retrace!
