Hazelton - the interims released in Dec 06 confirmed that net cash to September 06 was 19.5m.Although no further data is available the trading statement issued at the begining of this month cofirms cash position remains strong.

Excerpt from trading statement

'We have made a good start to life as a public company. Our focus on long term
customer relationships as the driver for our earnings growth continues to
deliver results. The visibility of our £1 billion plus order book, clear
opportunities in our chosen markets and strong cash position maintain our
confidence in our prospects for the future

I picked up a few sub 300p this morning as well. Just a little profit taking after a good run up. I hope thats the case! Tends to happen quite a lot, I picked up some SDL last week at 300p after it was down 10% for the day and closed out at 320p the next day. Hopefully a similar result will ensue here.

Price now currently moving up since my post - now down 15p - ALTI now at 302p, WINS at 305p and KLWT still at 318p. Now much more blue than red as buyers come back in.

Looks like this could be a tree shake - no news to cause the fall, no broker changes or apparent institutional selling. Dripped down to cause panic selling.

Big fall over the last few days - down from 330 on Monday - down 3p, down 10p and today down 18p at time of posting. Level 2 presently indicates that WINS currently will sell at 298, ALTI at 300 and KLWT at 318. Some stop losses obviously triggered on early sales this morning prompting further sales.

Sticking with this for now pending any news flow.

I guess that you can get some very strange things. Underneath this stuff there must be a complex database and I suppose the scope for a complicated hole in it is always there. I have seen some very odd things with the Selftrade data.

I don't think the price has actually dropped as I see the same thing every evening when checking my portfolio with Lloyds TSB shareview dealing; The May Gurney selling share price is ALWAYS shown at about £2.80 regardless of the fact that everyone else shows it at circa £3.27.....been going on for months....and oh yes,the buying price will show as about £3.31

In the morning the price will suddenly just change back to what it was 1 nano second before yesterday close of business.

I dont think that its even in all of the ADVFN data , just a gremlin in the system ? Trades are light with a few more buys that sells - no reason for a fall. I must admit when I read palwing's post I did not get the thrust of his argument. Interesting that there is no real movement on news of the acquisition. I did not know which way it would go.

Bit of confusion here, yahoo finance & digital look give +1p,so does above chart yet advfn monitor gives -24p. Believe -24p is incorrect

Tipped in this weeks 'Shares' magazine as one of two 'Plays of the week'. Shares summary is that its a sprightly outfit, fast snapping up infrastructure service contracts. Its mix of manual labour & consultancy services gives it a strong position in the market'

I see that one of the non execs is on the board of Accident Exchange , a slight concern.

I was having trouble finding details of the Directoral holdings & institutional holdings , could somebody oblige ?

Thanks
