Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies today announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offers for subscription issued by the Companies, details of which were set out in their prospectus (comprising a securities note, registration document and summary) issued on 13 October 2023.

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of The Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following the publication by each of Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC (on 8 March 2024) and by Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (on 15 March 2024) of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2023.

 

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
