Why don't they release a rns stating how many shares they have issued? and the total amount of shares.

This should be half again in the next few weeks.

After Mercer is done, there will be more death spiral funding for other outfits.

The team is pumping a share, we expect a 700-800% rise in a month.

Remember BR's crew said to pile in Igas at 14p. :), it went to 107p

There's a share that's up 40% already, they have been buying in stealth for a week.

The crew holds a cumulative 15% of all shares of capital.

Once it goes 250% rise from where it is today, BR will divulge it, and give his fans a chance to make 200%.

BR likes to share good shares, obviously when his team is already up 250% min.


I have been lucky that my mate is sharing Red Mercury Crew's short and long, he has access to BR's crew private website.

Apparently, BR is back in Belmarsh on remand for another false robbery allegation, however, he has a smuggled HP spectre where he's coordinating all actions, shorting, mugging and pumping.

Scotland Yard has it for him, as BR stopped passing big fat envelopes to them.

they need about that amount every fifteen days. Looks like another 50m shares is coming.

By then of all conversions, there will be more than 1.2bn more shares.

How many shares have been issued with the latest conversion? 1.32m + 605K loan conversion that is $1.87m.

Is this equivalent to about 180m new shares? There's no RNS of their holdings.


One thing I do not understand, the grant for the Malta plant would have been received in the Construction phase not after completion right?

Mercer clearly can't convert at this price, therefore, MMS will drag the price down, to entice buyers for Mercer forward selling.

I suspect the next $500K will be done at 0.5p.

$500k is only 15 days of working capital.

US$550,000 in funding received under Mercer Facility

MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX, LSE: MXC, 'MGC Pharma' or 'the Company') , a European based bio-pharma company specialising in the production and development of plant based medicines, confirms that it has received a further US$550,000 of funding under the US$10 million Convertible Securities Financing Facility with Mercer Street Global Opportunity Fund, LLC, a fund managed by Mercer Street Capital Partners, LLC, a United States-based institutional fund manager (together, "Mercer") announced on 29 July 2022 (US$10m Financing Agreement).

Under the terms of the US$10m Financing Agreement the Company will now proceed to issue Mercer 605,000 convertible notes with a face value of US$1.00 each.

The US$550,000 of funds received from Mercer will be used as working capital to fund MGC's ongoing operations, including Clinical Tri
