I had a feeling Maxim was trying to get rid of the small shareholders in the UK, maybe that's what he's trying to do, not sure what he would gain from that, but it seems something positive might be brewing?

Suppose they were going to merge and the shares would be suspended for six months. That might prompt a lot of shareholders to sell and it would also explain why some new shareholders would buy in, if they thought they were getting shares on the cheap.

I believe this period end has something to do with it, perhaps we will know next week.

Erik Penser bank AB bought 24,811 shares today and sold none at a price of £12k, if bad news was just around the corner why would a broker or their client spend that amount of money.

The market in this share was briefly suspended at 16.07 due to volatility.

I agree that they should advise the market even if it's to say that we know of no reason for the volatility in the shares.

Placement, RTO!!!, MB jumping ship,
Going private ?
Anything possible .
Doesn't feel right but has it ever with this lot.
Surely if falls further would have to make announcement of some sort

I think we may be getting into the realm of panic selling, there was a 38,000 sell at 2.7sek. I believe this is fired by the continue share price drop and shareholders are starting to worry about a drop below 4sek.

In all probability they have a buyer who wants as many as he can get without panicking the market. Someone who has a firm idea what the real story is going to reveal?

The drop is currently 2.65% but that's not the point. Two brokers who do not usually trade this share have both purchased 15,000 shares in the last couple of days, they either have a buyer or they are keeping the shares on their books for some reason.

If you follow the link below and look at the bottom right hand side you can see who the brokers are and what they have bought and sold. Eric Penser bought 9,648 and 5,352 shares, total 15,000
