The trading pattern in Tel aviv today after the news I found interesting as I am sure they know more than us - and initially it climbed after news.
As the BOD own a lot of shares I feel the RNS is very vague ( basically placating the bond holders that whatever happens they will get paid) but I do not believe there will not be money left over or it’s turkeys voting for Christmas. More than meets the eye imo 🙂

So I’m a bit lost with the news today. Are they saying the sale plus cash in bank will pay off all its bondholder debt. Well if so what is left. a company with no debt that doesn’t have any assets or any business. Not quite sure how that provides share holder value for its large Board holders. Maybe I missed something.

Yeah, it's funny how you can sell at 3.9p and the actual bid show's 3.25pLike I said before they want the seller's to get a good deal . (They want your shares)Don't fall for it as it's all in the game. Look a the fundermentals as the mkcap even without the deal doesn't add up. Mm's will have to move this up and with news it will explode.

I love this share. Low volume. 30x as many buys as sells and its sat in the red. Don’t know why they even bother putting up a chart as it’s irrelevant. Top quality AIM at its best.

The company now needs to stick to its words and inform the market of these offers, theyve now had enough time. Maybe not all the details but they should now confirm how many offers and the offer itself...

Its not on...it's constantly shown incorrect, wrong and is misleading! Causing undue stress and this is obvious and clear manipulation to mislead investors..why would MMs do this here??

Agree, there's no reason for the drop, mm's are fishing out stop loss orders.That's why I wouldn't set one. Bondholders meeting in 10 days so news should come well before that. Holding strong no matter what the share price is doing.
