It can't be bad, considering Sunday meeting went well, I think the main reason for no RNS was due to several factors.1. The legality of the meeting and putting it on paper for the bond holders the trustees and the company the management.2. The additional money to be raised, how much. This is a good factor, I don't see it below 12p, but the capital raise will help it to buy and run the business as it wanted, but the trustees to remain in the background.These are the main issues, if the RNS is worded correctly we could see this moving very northbound to 25p.Not ramping,

It's surprising that people on the LSE board are saying no shares available and NT not true, mms have plenty going rounds as they using the same ones knowing the book will balance on the day or hang until the following day. Interesting, with limited availability and so many buys this should have been 12p by now, it's get there slowly during the day finish or at least we should see 10p coming.

RNS will arrive by Wednesday, I believe the lateness is due to the timing and closers and certain legal legislative build up. Trustees have agreed but wants future correspondence between the bond holders and the company management to be on understanding that any direction should be upheld by bond holders not appendix A the company's. I think both have agreed to this. I'm surprised the LSE hasn't moved on this yet.
