Result of AGM and EGM and Admission





Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all
the resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM and the resolutions proposed at
the Company's EGM, both held today 20 July 2007, were duly passed.



Further to the announcement by the Company on the 22 June 2007 and the passing
of the EGM resolutions, application has been made for the Admission to trading
on AIM of 27,749,167 B shares and 27,749,167 B warrants. Admission is expected
to occur on 23 July 2007.
