No posts on this thread for a while. Does this mean that there are no advfn holders of it now? If there are any holders, what are their present thoughts on this company?

Does anyone know anything about European Capital who have announced a 5mill shareholding today (about 21%)?

Anyone subscribing to C shares with the odd £100,000 this week? !!!

Further fund raising of £40mill as I assume 33mill shares at current share price.

Edit: 33mill at 100p as £33mill raised.

I assume it is to do with the Canadian cinema deal.

I notice Ecofin will hold 12% after the latest round which some people may be interested in.

Agree Mister X. Shares up another 5p today. Both sets of warrants moving up too. Warrants still pricey but worth a look especially MNV1. No interest here, but there seems to be somewhere.

I'm amazed this company hasnt attracted a little more interest given the huge backing from some of the most respected hedge funds in the world.

'Business is about putting out money today
to get a whole lot back later.'
Warren Buffet

Getting the right kind of investment support to create value in a business can be a confusing task: Mezzanine finance, Development capital, MBOs, Reverse takeovers, LBOs and, BiMBOs. The terminology may be complicated but, at its heart, the business of investment is remarkably straightforward.

Business value is created when the right people, ideas and money come together.

Marwyn provides companies and strong management teams with the investment capital, operational support and finance solutions to drive and unlock business value.

Whilst we will consider investment opportunities from all sectors, our preference lies in those industries experiencing a high degree of regulation.

People, ideas and money
Marwyn works in close partnership with experienced managers who have the vision, energy and ability to build businesses and deliver returns.

We believe that ideas, energy and execution are the cornerstones of business success. Marwyn supports these qualities with investment to help established companies and management teams across a broad range of business scenarios.

Marwyn also works with shareholders and management to make value-creating transactions happen. We move quickly to ensure a strong and experienced executive team, often lead the transaction process and provide the right financial resources to drive growth through both organic and acquisitive initiatives.

Our priority focus is companies with market position, sustainable barriers to entry and earnings growth potential.
