Drawdown of New Bank Facility
Further to the announcement released on 23 November 2020, the Board of Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has agreed draw down in full today, 24(th) November 2020, on an unsecured three year GBP30 million sterling term loan at a fixed interest rate of 1.181% under its new facility agreement with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited. This loan represents about 10% of the current Net Asset Value of the Company.
