APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHAIR OF THE BOARD

Further to its announcement on 20 April 2018, Marshalls plc is pleased to confirm that Vanda Murray OBE has been appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board.
