The videos keep coming. Seems to be something MSLH like to put out now.

The most recent one is a fairly lengthy piece about the ever important CSR:

Group Sustainability Director, Chris Harrop OBE, introduces The Marshalls Climate Challenge: One business' attempt to change minds, change an industry and change the future.

The second one is a short piece about London's Southbank:

The Southbank in London is a vibrant area of the city, visited by millions of British and international tourists every year. Marshalls natural stone paving was selected for a major regeneration project to revitalise public spaces and surrounding streets in the Southbank area. 4,000m2 of Diamond Sawn Scoutmoor paving, our iconic British Yorkstone, was laid on footpaths close to the London Eye and other major attractions.

Looks like I was a bit hasty on the buy button but given that I exited at 840 a few weeks ago, I am quite relaxed about being back in at 751. Solid business with good prospects.

No surprise to see the sell-off after reaching the recent high! Will we turn again soon?

Not much fanfare but interesting nonetheless.

(Alliance News) - SigmaRoc PLC on Friday said it has entered a "strategic collaboration" Marshalls PLC to develop ultra-low carbon products for the concrete building materials sector.

Shares in SigmaRoc were trading up 3.5% at 114.40 pence each in London on Friday morning following the announcement. Marshalls shares were flat at 813.50p.

Yes, I had noticed that it was looking a bit overbought. Still like the business but a profit is only a profit when banked!
My biggest issue at present is finding appropriate places to put the proceeds. I have found myself moving into cash recently but not by choice.
I almost exclusively invest in FTSE 100/350 stocks as I simply don't have the time to properly investigate smaller companies.

No harm in taking a profit Salpara111. Well done. The RSI is showing overbought so probably a good decision. Happy to keep it as one of my core holdings and leave it alone personally.

Taken my money off the table this morning. One of my best runs as I only entered at 675 a few months ago.
Solid business and would get back in again if it eases back to the 800 level.

Impressive strength here at the moment. Unexpected IMHO, but nice to see. I hope it will continue. The RSI is in the overbought area at present so will not be surprised if we head south soon. No worries. Been here a few years and will continue to be no doubt. In the meantime here is MSLH's most recent video:

Wondering how to choose garden paving, driveway paving or walling? If you're planning a new outdoor space, use the Marshalls Virtual Sample service with Augmented Reality to try different paving options in your garden.

Marshalls Virtual Samples are free to use and instantly available, this video tells you how to use them and download the pictures to compare colours and materials, and share with friends to get their views.

Now into overbought (just) territory on the RSI it would seem so perhaps we are due a dip now we have also reached the 800p level. Still holding as I have done for years and will just ignore the overbought and oversold periods. In the meantime another video has just been shared:

The new £7.7m retail park is a new destination where people can enjoy restaurants and leisure facilities next to the existing VUE cinema at the popular Lakeside in Doncaster. Marshalls provided a range of paving products for the complex.
