Exercise of Share Options under Group's Long Term Incentive Plan 2019

Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that, following an exercise made by a former director pursuant to the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan 2019, application has been made for 37,879 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 8 July 2022.

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 95,876,350 ordinary shares, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Marlowe following admission will be 95,876,350.
