Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical", "the Company" or "the Group"), a fast-growing online electrical retailer, today announces that Josh Egan, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, acquired 25,569 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company for a price of 98.537 pence per share. Following the purchase, Josh Egan holds an aggregate of 95,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
