philanderer they are captive and people love to eat passes the time and quality food make it even better.

The coffee is also very good and in a very special nice cups from Java Republic.

Economy class food had gone down hill on BA so much due to being complimentary.

This is not just food but M&S in flight food.

philanderer it is not the point I am putting across.

Passengers buying food or not is not the points BA buys the food as per the load factors and levels it needs to buy.

Unsold food is not returned.

The point I am making is the M&S brand is being advertised to BA passengers in the same way as Coca Cola and other exclusive brands.

QANTAS , I`m flying British Airways , Heathrow to Lisbon later this week. I`ll try and do a count up to see what percentage of passengers are buying the M & S food.

There may be a couple of other factors at play in fairness to MKS.

Word of mouth on the offer, it was highlighted in the press with good reviews,
and consumers deciding to save some cash by eating at home.

The recent share price performance of many pub groups underscore that.

Another thing to think about the number of economy class passengers served Marks and Spencer food every year you could not pay for that advertising.

Last year British Airways network carried 100.67 million passengers.

That is a lot of stock they have to buy back at higher rates.
