    Loan Conversion

    The Company announces that Jemima Hoskins has converted £200,000 of amounts owing to her by the Company into MarineTrack ordinary shares
of 0.01 pence nominal value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.2p per share. The loan was the subject of the Loan Agreement as described in
the Company's AIM admission document dated 3 July 2008. 

    Application has been made for the admission of these 100 million Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM with admission expected to take place
on 24 September 2008. 

    Following the loan conversion, Jemima Hoskins will hold 100 million shares, representing 13.5% of the Company's total voting rights.

    Following the issue of these shares, the Company will have 740,495,580 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. It holds no shares
in treasury.
