Sold over 1m shares last week - think only got about 300K back and imo hence try to get some stock back at lower prices. Balance books.

Yes results can come anytime now too - these prices could be gone forever soon.

Can't see the offer coming down ahead of results due - should show strong revenue, profit and very good outlook imo.

Solar is the game changer and Feb 2014 RNS quoted £500,000 value from NIL value on balance sheet let alone their stake they keep.

MAC collapsed because despite all the ramping from tara the Government changed the rules on the tariffs new solar farms get and made planning permission harder so tara dumped and crashed the shares from 6p to 2p

My understanding is that the current value now calculated of £500,000 is subject to further change imo on planning permissions etc.

"This is one of the larger solar energy initiatives in the UK, and, whilst it is difficult to attribute values until planning permissions and grid connections for the various sites have been secured, there is significant potential uplift value for Marechale's shareholders".

Yep, we have a greater stake of 33% too.

"Marechale holds approximately 33% of Northfield's equity and the share price of the fundraising (which raised approximately GBP0.4 million) implies a value of approximately GBP0.5 million for Marechale's shareholding (compared with an insignificant nominal carrying value in the Company's balance sheet)".

Putting this in to context GOOD's approval is for 4.9 MW, whereas MAC is working on 350 MW! So in excess of 70 times the size. Absolute game changer should they achieve the planning permission.

Great find.

Planning Approval granted for a 4.9MW solar farm in north Wiltshire.

The last similar project took around 2 months to bring into use after commencing construction.

They also submitted a planning application last week for a solar farm 3x this size in Somerset -

Interesting RNS for GOOD this morning, gaining planning permission for ac4.9 MW solar plant in Wiltshire. Will be interesting to hear if MAC have secured a site for theirs yet. With 28% share in Northfield that is the game changer in my view
