A hard one to call, but with lithium exposed companies flying, an early listing of WLL if it secured a supply agreement in principle in the UK would see this fly.

Atlantic Lithium went from 2s all time lows to now 60s. Lithium stocks doing extremely well. An update on Weardale Lithium would be fantastic.

In recent months, Atlantic Lithium has received unsolicited enquiries from multiple parties interested in acquiring all or part of the Company and/or its assets. Canaccord Genuity Limited will assist in evaluating the merit of these enquiries.

Plenty of potential news coming up for this sub £3m m/cap gem of a stock:

1) Fast2Fibre (funding and IPO)
Marechale confirmed as working with Fast2Fibre - by implication, this suggests they are assisting with the funding and will receive an additional stake in what should be a listed company.

2)Update on Weardale Lithium and probable valuation uplift with next funding. MAC will be able to retain its stake via low priced warrants and perhaps even increase it if they advise on the next funding.

3) Burgh Hotel upgrade and impact on the value of the asset for MAC. Suggested by baz as £800,000 plus warrants.

4) Luke Johnson's influence on the hospitality holdings or any plans he wants to work on with MAC.

5) Leftfield news (just as Weardale Lithium was) from the flagged up healthy pipeline of prospects that MAC revealed in the last results/

6) Future Biogas - the global situation and imported gas from Russia mean that the likes of Future Biogas are increasingly going to come into play. Hopefully another IPO is on the cards.

No worries gepetto, it's looking good as you say. By the way, I've had it confirmed Marechale continue to work with Fast2fibre.

Obviously, they can't go into detail but I'd surmise that this continuing working relationship involves advisory services for the current Fast2fibre funding and MAC will get paid with equity. Purely my guess and, as is their usual policy, they are unwilling to disclose their existing stake at this stage.

They have also just initiated a Twitter account and information available for all shareholders will be released on a weekly basis there.
