Looks like someone acquired 750k at 1.7p a big premium -

That's all well and good for private company but we are listed and taking shares and/or warrants. What do we put on the balance sheet as assets? Unknown quantity of unknown company at unknown valuation???

I am not sure what overhang you are talking about.
The share price wnt to 6p after the placing, I am pretty sure that stock is gone with the board taking some as well.

We will see this lower than the placing price soon as they need volume to clear the overhang.

Bapodra buying is the easy part holding stocks for a period of time going sideways is the hard part.
The sector Marechale are in is booming and if they have not done well it would be a surprise.
Akers sold his entire position, the share register needs updating.

Also got c5% of my portfolio in each of here, BLU & VELA and could do with some capital to reinvest! Will continue to hold all 3 for now and await next updates with baited breath! Hope I don't miss out of other opportunities whilst having this 15% tied up lol.....
