Remember...I last sold these at 9 pence. Tiny cap that has a tiny float. When it spikes....bang!


Coldpress Foods makes a selection of cold-press juices as well as smoothies and soft drinks

UK juice company Coldpress Foods has sold a minority stake to two brand investment companies for GBP2.3m (US$3m).

The agreement, with Odexia and Marechale Capital, will help Coldpress expand its sales footprint and boost its innovation pipeline, the company said yesterday. Exact details of the size of the divestment were not disclosed, however Coldpress founder Andrew Gibb told just-drinks is it less than 20%.
In a statement, Gibb said: "The welcome approach of Odexia and Marechale underpins the significant and sustainable success our vibrant drinks business has enjoyed both at home and abroad in recent months. We feel now is the perfect moment to forge ahead."

Been no news recently, so that's interesting. I wonder how much of the £2.3m came from MAC? Market cap now only showing as £648k!
