               Amended Directors/PDMR shareholdings Announcement



The Directors/PDMR shareholdings announcement released by the Company on 18
December with RNS number 1449K contained a typographical error with respect to
the  resultant beneficial interest of Peter Strom, a director of the Company.
The number of Common Shares held by Peter Strom should have been stated as
29,550 and not the 29,580 stated.



The full text of the amended announcement is shown below:



The Company was notified on 17 December 2007 that, on 14 December 2007, Peter
Strom, a director of the Company, acquired 1,600 common shares ("Common Shares")
in the Company at a price of C$9.77 per Common Share.  The Company was also
notified on 17 December 2007 that, on the same day, Peter Strom acquired 4,330
Common Shares in the Company at a price of C$9.97.  As a result of these
acquisitions, Peter Strom has a resultant beneficial interest of 29,550 Common
Shares, which represents 0.172% of the current issued share capital.
