Update regarding Issue of Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Scrip Dividend

and Total Voting Rights

Following a recalculation by our Registrars and further to the announcement made on 12 July 2023 in relation to the Scrip Dividend, the Group announces that in order to satisfy the Scrip Dividend exercise, the Company is required to issue 45 fewer shares, making the revised total 418,948 New Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, admission of 418,948 New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, is expected on 19 July 2023.

As a result, the Company's issued share capital consists of 115,491,936 Ordinary Shares of no-par value, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The figure of 115,491,936 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Group from the date of admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the shares of the Group under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

There are no further amendments to the previous announcement.
