Manx Financial Group PLC (the "Company")
Scrip Share Price
On 30th May 2023, the Company declared a dividend of 0.3764 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend") payable on 19(th) July 2023 to holders of Ordinary Shares ("Shareholders") recorded on the register on 16(th) June 2023.
The Company has offered Shareholders the opportunity to receive the Dividend in New Ordinary Shares instead of cash and the final election date is 30(th) June 2023 at 5.00 p.m.
The New Share Price for the Dividend has been determined as 21.8974 pence per Share. This has been calculated taking the lowest daily volume weighted average price ("VWAP") derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange plc during the period of twenty (20) dealing days prior to (and including) the Ex-Dividend Date (capped at a 20% discount to the VWAP of the Ordinary Share on the Ex-Dividend Date).
The process for electing to participate in the Scheme is detailed in the Scrip Dividend Circular which was posted to Shareholders on 8(th) June 2023 and is also available on the investor page of the Company's website www.mfg.im/investor-centre/aim-rule-26 (Circulars section).
