Large Case Update
Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, announced on 12 November 2020 that one of its larger portfolio cases had settled for GBP7.5m of which Manolete's entitlement is GBP2.8m (GBP120k costs reimbursed plus profit share of GBP2.68m). The Company is pleased to announce that the defendants have now paid their first instalment of GBP2.5m (which was due on or before 20 November 2020) of which Manolete's retained share is GBP1.48m. Manolete expects to receive its remaining entitlement of GBP1.32m on or before 31 December 2021.
