Mandarin Oriental International Ltd reported strong financial results for the year 2024, showcasing a 13% increase in combined total revenue, reaching US$2.1 billion. The company experienced a significant 15% rise in hotel management fees, attributed to robust revenue per available room (RevPAR) growth across all regions. However, the underlying profit after tax declined to US$75 million, representing an 8% decrease from 2023, which management attributed to lower one-off branding fees related to residences.

In addition to its financial performance, Mandarin Oriental is positioned for future growth, announcing plans to open five new hotels and residences in 2025. The company has also enhanced its portfolio with eight new management contracts, including prestigious properties such as Hôtel Lutetia in Paris and the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. This expansion marks an important achievement as the company now manages 41 hotels globally, solidifying its presence in the luxury hospitality market.
