We really are at the limit regards voting FOR the egm resolutions.Some brokers may still allow voting on Monday.So if you have not voted yet, to save this company from the crooks at the helm, then Monday will be your last chance so save your investment.A quick call to your broker to make every share, every vote, count FOR the resolutions for change.From the mess they created, there is a passion from shareholders to regain control and return this profitable company to the path of honesty, and with that we shall see success and a rising shareprice.Good luck all. Lets hope there are enough votes FOR, and next week could then be the beginning of our new chapter.

Interesting. I wonder whose fault that is? Can you blame MRS if they were not informed? Possibly even the registrar does not know, since the shareholder is not necessarily the beneficial owner.

Mr Burton who was associated with the last EGM (and presumably the latest too) was still a director for some months after Macquarie Group sold. If MRS were at fault, was Mr. Burton culpable?

Perhaps we should welcome the new directors installed by MRS.

1.3million is a lot of shareholders money to gamble on "estimates that remain a matter of opinion" when the company doesn't have that money, and if they wanted it, would be best off using it to acquire real accretive assets or pay off debts.Stop trying to stick up for them. You've done well out of this yourself, I'm sure everything will be revealed in time.

I've no idea whether the purchase was a good deal or a bad mistake: time will tell if the company is not trashed by squabbles between shareholders. But companies do buy in expertise, which is in effect what they were doing.

It is fairly pointless trying to prove that the acquisition of Alerion was good value, since that involves estimating future profits and future expense needed to unlock those profits, and it is the estimates that must remain a matter of opinion.

What idiot would pay 1.3mill ir 2.6aud for a business with no revenues, no history, no proof of product working and now they're admitting it isnt even completed and functional yet...wtf.So they bought a startup business for 2.6mill aud and still have to conti ue the development themselves before they can even think about marketing and selling the services to anyone.Wow.We may as well of bought some aim companies with revenues for that money.Total incompetence.

I think any honest investor who had the sense to look into the alerion deal and the motives behind it, and to investigate the deep and longstanding connections between board members, and a certain Welsh cretin and his alerion relatives, would find it hard not to come to the conclusion that they are CORRUPT.To come on here and act so oblivious to it all, youd have to have spent the past 12 months in a cave, or be speaking on behalf of the CORRUPT board or their little Welsh associate who has also now gone into hiding since the day we uncovered his LIES.Any investor is free to look into this dodgy deal themselves, but the conclusion to any intelligent person will be the same.

IMPORTANT.a reminder to shareholders that voting is now open and you're able to submit your egm votes to your broker via secure message or phone.It doesn't matter how many shares you have, a few people with a small number still adds upto the same as a larger holding so it all counts.As shareholders we should all be looking to voting FOR all the resolutions to bring about the change we need to let this company be investable again, and the shareprice will multiply.If you're unsure on how to submit your vote, or normally never bother voting , dont neglect your chance here to make a difference. Through here or on Twitter, you can contact many investors in a similar position to yourself, who will happily help, or point you towards the requisitioner Surjeet, who will definitely help you. Indeed nigel.But the egm is called by different people this time.Clearly there are many different people not happy with the way the corrupt board conduct themselves.I'm fairly sure there are many further people queuing to have their own egm if necessary to push for change.It will not stop.

In theory there is a Companies Act restriction on repeated EGMs being called but if different directors are proposed by different shareholders it is hard to prove that the requisition is 'vexatious'. Something needs to happen to resolve this situation.

23 August for the meeting. I did hope that the last EGM would settle this dispute. I wonder if there is any limit to the number of times an EGM can be called. The callers are starting to look like vexatious litigants.

The result of the last EGM was 75m for, 91m against, and about 57m not voted.
