I dont think anyone was asked for advice or informed about it.It was a purely closed deal between the directors and Leon's mates, with a promise of..... "in exchange for the shares, which we will return 50% to you via an anonymous person in Cyprus, we will use the shares to vote in your favour to pass a resolution to issue more shares to raise capital, but first give all of us time to offload these free alerion shares, so we have some dry powder to then invest back into mrs as part of the placing, and acquire more legitimate shares at a cheaper price too".

Memery Crystal LLP are the Company's UK Legal Advisor on the MRS website, they were never independent, but why weren't they then used for the Alerion acquisition, why does it seem the Company used another Solicitor? Or did they?

How can the legal firm be considered "Independent" when they admit they've been previously contracted by mrs for their legal services.Surely that makes it NOT independent.This should've been done by a company and persons who have never had any business relationship with mrs or business or private relationship with any of the directors or senior management.

ATTENTION mrs holders.


With a new egm called, its important that we can stand and all have our voices heard, through our voting.

Last time, there were a lot of votes not cast.
This time it can be different.

It doesn't matter how small your holding is or how insignificant you think it may be. It all adds up to an end figure and makes a huge difference.

Whether you have 1k, 10k, 100k shares, your votes are important.

I would urge all small holders to take the time to vote via their online broker once the egm date notice comes.
If you are unsure, please ask, or if you have Twitter, contact Surjeet the requisitioner to see if they can help.

Why would you need to contact them?The board will release egm news.The resolutions will be in there or inasmuch prospectus on their website. You contact your broker by secure message (or other normal means) to instruct them on your vote. FOR if you're happy with the resolutions. Or against if you're happy with what the board have done to this company.

Don't let it all worry you.So the board are not a concert party then. They are just crooks who appear to have managed to (independently of each other) vote in unison, and issue a huge amount of shares to somebody who they coincidentally happen know, for a business that doesn't really exist beyond a companies house registration.Wow you're either thick or you have ties to them nigel.
