31/1/2019 13:36 | I do not intend to buy until DEBT is being sorted, and that is why I have been researching the company if any more problems and I do not gamble like some with a couple days before the chance of shares being suspended, thanks but no thanks | master rsi
31/1/2019 13:02 | You missed the boat by being too greedy MasterRSI,you should have bought in yesterday. MRS earnings are rising and are adequate to repay the debt, eos. | 12bn
31/1/2019 12:33 | Peterhouse are probably taking some of their clients out and Arden will be marketing the stock to their client base who have a good number of value investors. All in all quite a smart NOMAD/broker appointment and a further breaking of the links to previous directors. | danny baker
31/1/2019 11:57 | Almost 4.5 million traded now. | thehitman1
31/1/2019 11:29 | Jason, yes good spot. Peterhouse are no longer broker otherwise Arden would have said joint broker in the RNS. Arden tend not to work jointly with Peterhouse much. | danny baker
31/1/2019 11:25 | Well said mikro. Once the big seller runs out of shares then the share price should be able to re-rate to a much higher level. Today will really help soak up any shares that they have left. | 12bn
31/1/2019 11:06 | In my opinion this has all the classic ingredients of a multi bagger - cash generative trading at about 1x EBITDA, debt not massive compared to EBITDA and soon to be restructured, new management team, booming market etc. The market has simply lost faith based on historic issues but if anyone looks at the RNSs from the past 12 months they all show the new management executing very well at a rapid pace. The biggest question lingering was the NOMAD and now that that has been resolved I anticipate the share price doubling in the next 3 months and more thereafter. | mikro1
31/1/2019 11:05 | RNS .. Arden Partners the new Nomad Save by the bell on the 11th hour, was the last day to appoint a NOMAD or being suspended and management got most shareholders "on tenterhooks" for some time, so do not blame anyone else but them. One hurdle being passed, now the next one is DEBT. But there are a few challenges for the company that still remain, like the directors themselves. | master rsi
31/1/2019 09:32 | Sm0ggyg, stop making a fool of yourself now. This has all the ingredients for a big rise. | thehitman1
31/1/2019 09:30 | 3.5 million traded now.Only way is up from here. | thehitman1
31/1/2019 09:16 | Keep ramping 0.000000000000000000 | sm0ggyg
31/1/2019 09:09 | Morning all. Are Peterhouse staying on as broker? Just curious as they're name doesn't appear on this morning's RNS. Thanks | jason_scrap
31/1/2019 08:38 | Now we should concentrate on the reality of a massive growth of earnings. Remember results up to Dec will be out in around 4 weeks.//////////RNS Number : 3724N Management Resource Solutions PLC 17 January 2019 17 January 2019 Management Resource Solutions plc ("MRS PLC" or the "Company" or the "Group") Half Year Trading Update and Full Year Guidance Management Resource Solutions PLC (AIM: MRS), a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, provides the following trading update for the six months ended 31 December 2018 and guidance for the full year to 30 June 2019 ("FY19"). The Group's performance in the first six months of the financial year has been driven by strong demand for MRS' services in the resources and construction markets in Australia, continued investment in core profitable assets and rigorous cost management. There has also been a strong focus on growing operations in new markets with higher margins. The restructuring, review of assets and depreciation, and maximising of internal synergies will continue through FY19. | 12bn
31/1/2019 08:35 | F3rdinand,yesterday the likes of MasterRSI were talking about suspension being days away because of no nomad, whereas today that scare story has been shown for just what it was, rubbish. | 12bn
