Can we trust AIM stocks?
Is MRS falling in this category?

1 - Market concerns. They often prove to be correct.

MRS is trading on a future PE of 2, the market is very concern

2 - Red flag generates cash but pays high interest

A normal business would use cash to reduce debt and not have to waste money on interest payments.

3 - CAN YOU TRUST WHAT MANAGEMENT ARE SAYING?

Second time in 6 months their EPS update is not what they said.

4 - NOMAD

When a Nomad has resigned and they have failed to get a replacement. You can take this to be an indication of something wrong with a company

5 - Australian company

Most of the problems surrounding AIM stocks in recent times have been linked to foreign companies.

CONCLUSION
MRS is with great regret, falling on all these concerns or red FLAGS, what will happen is another thing, it's a matter of time now.

Short term chart
On looking at the short term chart 50 days the shares have been moving along on this parallel share trend forming a top of 5.20p and bottom of 4.15p.

The whisper I heard indirectly was that MRS will announce either tomorrow or Thursday on the new NOMAD. I'd expect MRS to be among the 'tailenders' - those Northland clients who are last to announce for various reasons, overseas head offices, those not being courted by other NOMADS and those who are just naturally slow at pulling together all the paperwork. There may be one or two companies who won't be in a position by the deadline to announce their new NOMAD appointment but I don't expect MRS to be one of those.

It takes several weeks to do DD, if you want to panic that MRS will not get a NOMAD, then wait until the majority of Northland clients announce a new NOMAD and MRS hasn't.
At the moment I cannot see many,if not any, that have done so as yet.

The changes in NOMAD for all these companies are due to Northland being bought out, this is very different to an occasion where the NOMAD resigns, some people are trying to conflate the two, to scare people.

You know they raised £910k after year end and you have probably read the interview with Paul Brenton where he explains the cash situation and how it changes each week.

As for the NOMAD that is a red herring and a NOMAD will be unveiled just as it will with all the other Northland Companies.

The nomad issue will be sorted soon Basil,others have pointed out that MRS only lost their nomad because of a merger and so should have no difficulty getting a replacement.

Well if i'm negative what are you? I've taken a look at at yours and they are FULL-ON ramping, but that's what your'e paid for eh? I'd call myself a cautious investor not negative, i'd love the share price to be higher, i hold shares but have no intention of adding until the Nomad situation has been settled, 2 days before suspension unless they announce a Nomad (if they do) and de-listing if not before end of Feb is cutting a bit fine, others (maybe in the know) have the same opinion and selling.

Today's contract comment

A very unusual contract representing 5% ( AUD$800k and AUD$900k ) of market cap, and very fast finishing by the end of a short month February '19.

No news if margins will add much to the last update net profit, that by now will be useless due to today's contract being into 2019 Year end.

All and all another good news for the company on the revenue front, another matter is waiting for news of Nomad with just a few spare days to 1st Feb '19 as most shareholders are worried about a possible suspension and the other is the DEBT restructuring on looking ahead./////// When the new nomad is RNSd I wonder what the doomsters will come up with then? The debt is affordable as MRS is making big profits/earnings and a tweak that lowers interest rates will be good news,as long as it doesn't involve a placing,which it won't as that was voted down in the recent AGM.

In my past experience(s) generally "the market" is seldom wrong and i can't see any Company being "overlooked" as a little Gem with single figure PE and Prospective PE of less than 2. I appreciate the Chairman's statement is/was very upbeat with his forecast, but let's remember this is an AIM listed Company, CEO's and BOD's of lots of Co's make wild claims and forecasts that prove to be unfounded......... There's sellers(s) of this share/Co on a regular basis, WHY? What is it we don't see/know that they see/know, until that becomes clear i'm sitting on the fence, I bought a few when it dropped previously as a pure gamble and at the moment that's what it is!

0////// Look at the trades bazildon the answer is there. The 349k sell at 4.3250p was a sell and so the MMs are not going to give someone 4.3990p for their shares in the next trade! The 4.3990p trades were buys and hence the MMs raised what they wanted for shares to 4.440p in the next trade. The 4.34p sell was a sell at a higher price than the 4.3250p just half an hour earlier,the MMs only raised what they paid because of the buying. It is not rocket science to work out,unless you lack logic. ps there will be no suspension MRS will just appoint another nomad,you appear to be deramping with that comment.
