Surely Tr-1 here is well overdue, my guess Mon. Very tightly held share and extremely tiny free float. Also, the big investors (and there are lots of them) are all still in, which bodes very well for the future.

Think he's looking or trying to buy as much as he can in the open market before delisting. Once this delists, it will be:1) A whole lot harder to buy from holders, will have to negotiate all of his buys individually off market - time consuming and costly.2) Investors will be wanting at least 1p nominal once delisting (x3.5 current SP).3) If investors dig their heels in, will pay have to pay hugh premium to get them

U can but calculate a opinion youve got investors buying big company cash happy and doing well i think 90% stock is already in iis hands so this can go anywhere even a few pence

As one can see from votes, no attempt by the hugh investors to block delisting...so it looks like they're building stake for the delisting.

RNS Out...it looks like big investors wanting in as they must believe this will be worth a lot more going private..hence no effort in trying to block delisting?

With the very wide spread in place right now, would the recent larger investors not have sold out before today for their short term gains if bad news on the cards? From what I can see they have not and therefore indicate that something good will come of this? I may be completely wrong but the dice have been rolled now ha ha

Well I think it's about to go again anytime now...stakes are high now as very little available...so investors will snap any that become available....watch this space!

That's why we will see a squeeze here soon, as those in public hands (less than 12% before tr-1) get swallowed up now as the new investor has shown his hand...dyor

Second that...hugh investor loading heavy here is extremely positive news indeed. Trouble is you can't buy zilch...so if you get a live quote for decent amount it's a blessing from MMs!

I suspect, reading between the lines, management will give themselves 12 mths to try and turn it around. If it hasn't managed to do so, it will be sold and cash returned to shareholders. As over 70% of the company is owned by institutional investors the outcome will be dictated by them IMHO
