You'll probably be correct in that, richgit. 6-12 months will see a much stronger situation here without at last the annual drift to 4p or whatever!

Its only now a mere matter of a bit longer,in comparison to the years waiting.

I have been patiently waiting for my precious Gold above everything else taking place,though I boringly repeat that when Managment obviously agreed with me of the potential real Multi value of getting the Gold Mine into operation,they pointed out that PUTU could dwarf even the Gold............

....Now Mana just gets potentially better and better,and this final leg of waiting for the inevitable future re-rating ( and I have always believed Multi)
will be the most pleasurable.

Remember when Dana consolidated , the share price was around 16p.
I still have about 600 Dana shares that I paid 9p for.

Mana could be a pound a share a few months after consolidation.
I also happen to see Mana has turned a big corner on both Iron and gold frontsin the past two weeks.

When is the consolidation going to happen....

Because as others have said after the consolidation "MOST" shares fall for a little while BUT then recover..

Looking for an entry point but with consolidation I will wait until after that date to see what happens...

Can you explain a bit more about what you meant "drag on the share price"?
I think its a question of timing here for topping up - should it be pre consolidation or post consolidation?

Don't forget the 6:1 consolidation, that will have a drag on the share price.

Rimbo - I don't know. I don' know enough bout AA or how it will be synergystic with Mano - though their licences for gold, diamonds and Iron in West Africa sounds fmiliar !. The quality will be critical.

Does this benefit Mano River shareholders in terms of the share price ? I can find articles re. AA shareholders benefitting as you say, but what about us?

Mano River will offer 1.57 Mano River shares for every one African Aura share in order to acquire the entire issued share capital of African Aura.


Because of the rise in Mano share price we are now paying twice as much in value terms for African Aura. They will be pleased.

Can anyone please offer an opinion on what the share price will be when the African Aura/Mano River conversion goes ahead - was it 1.5 shares of Mano to 5 of African Aura? Just wondering whether to top up or not.
