Made money here in the past, and back into Mano today. Price of gold is just far too tempting, and my VGM pile was getting lonely.

The only thing that I can see which is against this share is the region where they mine. If this company had been in a more stable environment then the gold figures alone would see the share price at £1.50 at least.
Certainly worth along term punt .

I have a SIPP and don't have any choice, certainly don't put any more money into it.

At least we are all buys today.

Mano has money, Mano has resources and Mano has a major partner, so an excellent company and not on everyones radar.

Anyone seen the (lack of) news at Kopane Diamond (KDD) ? Share-price doubled, talk in the weekend Financial Mail, possibly a resource statement coming soon.

spurberry - i called african aura about that and they said that the voting forms had just been sent out. The deal will be going ahead.

In terms of what it adds to the equation at this stage not much as AAZ assets are further behind Mana's in terms of development, although the gold and iron stories there sound very encouraging. The latter in my mind will likely strike up the same sort of financing deal as Putu given Severstals close ties with the company.

There is a chance that the stock rerates in some degree with the share consolidation and hopefully greater liquidity that the merger will create.

The share price did seem to jump up from 4p after an IC recommendation and may have a bit of hot money left over that will cause some downward pressure short term.

There is in fairness some time to go before the market may duly wake up to
the potentials of NL Gold,as it is some time away.
More drill results possibly by the end of this year will duly add to the
significance.

Having already bagged a 25 year Mining Licence granted on 29 July 2009,which
is one step we dont need to worry about,which the so called market has chosen
to ignore.

I have little doubt that as this positively progress for a potential 100,000oz
a year Mine-that NL could on its own be reasonably valued for the whole Mkt
Cap.

Considering Management also viewed Putu as potentially even dwarfing the values of the Gold Mine,and adding the new potentials to Mana,I would argue that
the stock has a huge potential to Multiply--with yet some more patience.

There are never Guarantees where such muliple gains are possible,though on
a realistic risk/reward, this stock could be looked back at by the end of
next year,as one of many that could have the Market asking just why it had been
previously so overlooked.

Buy- Hold-accumulate - and just sit and wait-,IMHO the rest is fairly inevitable.and
the risk/reward at these levels just doesnt come much better..

When is this African Aura aqisition going to be completed? Have their shareholders had the meeting to agree or disagree to the merger as yet as this was first discussed in June?

They state latest to hear about this in September which we are now in so must be close.

How much will this completion add to the share price as I would expect that quite a bit is already in the current share price
