Majestic Wine PLC announces that James Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, sold 6,335 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 315.75 pence per Ordinary Share and bought, into his ISA, 6,325 Ordinary Shares at a price of 316.00 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transfer").

Following the Transfer, Mr. Crawford's beneficial interest in the Company is 42,310 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
