On the dividend-

In recognition of the Board's confidence in the Group's underlying and future prospects the Directors are proposing a 3% increase to the interim dividend to 5.15 pence per share. The Board intends to return to a progressive dividend policy after having maintained the dividend throughout the downturn. This dividend will be paid on 21 June 2013 to shareholders on the register as at 31 May 2013."

Had a look at forecasts; if they deliver on them then £4.20 is my target.

If Matchtech announce an increase in interim dividend with their interims on 11th April, this would do a lot of good and help to further shine the spotlight on the Matchtech proposition.

The hitherto very attractive 5p interim dividend has been held constant at 5p through thick and thin since March 2008. This is admirable. However, at a time when many other companies are increasing dividends, perhaps Matchtech can do the same. It would behoove management to do so in my opinion, as a sign to shareholders that the company can continue to grow profits and reward shareholders appropriately.

With the recent strong performance of Matchtech, an increase in dividend would be welcome.

Good to see some solid progress towards the 360p figure mentioned above.

Setting new high by the day. Strong momentum.

Investors eagerly snapping up tightly held shares and buying for attractive yield.

The excitement has been a long time coming. I have been in MTEC for four years just quietly collecting the dividends so nice to see the wider appreciation over the last five months or so.

Nominated by me as HIDDEN GEM OF THE YEAR ON AIM FOR 2013.

Good to see MTEC informing the market of important corporate news and contract wins.

The market needs educating by MTEC as to the strength of their proposition. Announcements like the one today will help. Keep them coming.

The yield remains excellent and in my view absolutely solid.

George Materna, founding Chairman has a major stake in the Company and has every reason to want the Company further to succeed.

I revise my personal share price target to 360p by 3Q 2013.

ALL IMO. DYOR.

I've recently started using Sharescope. I've played around with a couple of filter models including Zulu-like filters. So in this case, PEG (Slater Rolling) less than 0.9, P/E and Price to Cashflow less than 20, net gearing less than 75% and share price not less than 5% less than a year ago. In terms of dividend I only specified that there be one, so it was a pleasant surprise for MTEC to come through with 5.7% yield. I also like there to be at least 10% Return on Equity.

In terms of other stocks that came through, CRE - held in the past, AVON - probably would have bought a few months ago, DRV - already hold, and SSY - possible. Relaxing the gearing a bit came up with NMC (which is ISA'ble) and I've set up a thread for further details.

EPS growth and yeild? What filter model do you use? What other stocks came up there? Thanks.
