The legal issues (and there's several) need some sort of closure before it can really fly.

Yes, interesting indeed.
Maybe legal wranglings are nearing some sort of conclusion, or better still, there's some update on production, cash, potential and any further JVs?!

Legal proceedings could actually close the company.
Of course, a successful counter suit by DTEC might just see the price multiply several fold.
Not much confidence, and currently clearly strapped for cash (board considering options).
Potentially very high reward, but very risky.
Will just hold on to what I have got for now.

Not what I have and had heard - indeed, seems the technology is working well, but the management and political issues have been the major barrier.

Written off in my head now, so any recovery would be an unexpected bonus.

I bet the truth is they have lost the key to the safe box on the LRu,s and dont even know if we have found any DIAMONDS

I can find nothing about the dispute between De Beers and their former employee (and Diamond Tech technology owner) so it must remain a threat?

Someone just dumped 190,000 at 0.003p or 40% below the Bid realising £570.
Are they bored, desperate or do they know something ?
Not you is it HDS ?

Have to wonder how much influence all the bad feeling from De Beers might have in any changes. Shame as the technology is still potentially fantastic.

What a really interesting and informative contribution. Don't let us monopolise your attention here since I'm sure there are posters on many other threads who are waiting with baited breath for your incisive analysis and comments !

Not quite the rns we were looking for .
At least whilst they are still playing musical directors chairs we presumably have not gone bust .

There's plenty to find, without question, whether they can find a full deployable, efficient and operationally robust end to end production mechanism, which has so far proved beyond them, is the question, and how much their cash position has been weakened, and the impact that may have had on their negotiation position for any new joint ventures.
Cash to see them through to the point that they are cash-flow positive is by no means a given, and the option to give the financiers a huge proportion of the company in some form of D4E deal is hardly appealing either.
Risky, but potentially highly rewarding.

Usually it is a bit of a leaky ship and price starts to move 1 or 2days ahead of news .
Lets see if it plays true to form this time .
