LXi REIT plc announces that Patricia Dimond, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 8,717 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 117 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Patricia Dimond's total shareholding in the Company is 17,431 Ordinary Shares.
