Win
Also got Bbox so hoping for the same steady reliable performance with good divi here.
Also have Wjg but this has done far better than I thought!

Good morning Alan - lucky you! Yes I got £10,000 too - it was all I had to spare in my ISA.

It's odd that these things often move to a premium after being unsubscribed at float (same happened with BBH). I suspect if you aren't a client of a connected broker you might not bother to apply.

Another new issue is due at the end of the month, Biopharma Credit PLC. ($1 per share, min 1,000 shares, target 7% yield.). I'll leave it for now and see what happens.

Hi jonwig - just back from a couple of weeks in the Caribbean and find I got all the 10,000 i applied for. Nice to see the divi came in from WJG as well. What a good investment that's been!

See there are three announcements of major holdings in this company already which is quite promising and it's above the offer price. I have done very well with BBOX and hope this will be similar

Serves them right! Buyers now having to pay over 101 plus costs and stamp duty.

Perhaps someone should tell Hargreaves Lansdown what the allocations are.
Still waiting for them to wake up.
They are totally useless when it comes to IPO`s.
Still showing "Allocations expected 23 February" on their website.

They won`t have enough money to buy all the assets they have already earmarked.
Overheads will be a larger proportion of turnover.
This will take longer to get going but I`m not here for a quick profit (just as well).
I would be buying more at the probable opening discount but have enough already and no available funds.
Long term these should be okay.

Lets hope we get a repeat of the launch of BB Healthcare, they also failed to achieve full subscription but 10 weeks on they are up over 11%

Thanks - they'll be a bit disappointed, I suppose. I should get all I applied for.

I`ve gone for as many as I have spare ISA/SIPP cash.
Expecting the offer to be increased and still be well oversubscribed.
If I don`t get 75% of what I want I will top up in the market.

Yes - unfortunately, I've been on holiday and haven't caught up with all of my secondary emails.

I'll watch on the 27th.

DAVE - I seem to remember we're about the same age (me, 70) and similar 'mature' approach to the markets.
Maybe the main difference is my West Yorkshire vs. your Devon!

Hi Jonwig, you must think I am your personal stalker but i think the problem is we share a similar portfolio profile. Anyway I have put in my application but this time instead of being a bit timid I chose to go for twice my normal amount.

My guess is that in these uncertain times there will be a sizeable demand and probably some scaling back so if I get 50% I shall be happy, if I get more I shall still be happy, what I don't want is a tinpot holding.

I note that the Midas tip in the Sunday Mail liked these and thought highly of the management team and their conservative approach.

Yes, the property boom seems to be over as far as capital values go, and they've done safety in spades. 5% indexed yield is a big plus.

I've already put myself down for some though not as many as I'd have wanted since the ISA is almost full.

This looks like a get rich slowly share, with a decent yield.

giammy - Haven't read the literature in any detail yet. But I think it will be a fairly safe, boring 5% yield (indexed) with low LTV.
