10/3/2017 07:08 | There you are Rex, three in one day. | alan@bj
08/3/2017 12:02 | When can we expect news on buying property ? | tyranosaurus
06/3/2017 15:46 | Win Also got Bbox so hoping for the same steady reliable performance with good divi here. Also have Wjg but this has done far better than I thought! | gswredland
06/3/2017 06:47 | Good morning Alan - lucky you! Yes I got £10,000 too - it was all I had to spare in my ISA. It's odd that these things often move to a premium after being unsubscribed at float (same happened with BBH). I suspect if you aren't a client of a connected broker you might not bother to apply. Another new issue is due at the end of the month, Biopharma Credit PLC. ($1 per share, min 1,000 shares, target 7% yield.). I'll leave it for now and see what happens. | jonwig
04/3/2017 17:38 | Hi jonwig - just back from a couple of weeks in the Caribbean and find I got all the 10,000 i applied for. Nice to see the divi came in from WJG as well. What a good investment that's been! | alan@bj
01/3/2017 16:16 | See there are three announcements of major holdings in this company already which is quite promising and it's above the offer price. I have done very well with BBOX and hope this will be similar | wingrove4
01/3/2017 15:07 | Serves them right! Buyers now having to pay over 101 plus costs and stamp duty. | jonwig
26/2/2017 11:13 | Perhaps someone should tell Hargreaves Lansdown what the allocations are. Still waiting for them to wake up. They are totally useless when it comes to IPO`s. Still showing "Allocations expected 23 February" on their website. | tyranosaurus
24/2/2017 10:52 | They won`t have enough money to buy all the assets they have already earmarked. Overheads will be a larger proportion of turnover. This will take longer to get going but I`m not here for a quick profit (just as well). I would be buying more at the probable opening discount but have enough already and no available funds. Long term these should be okay. | tyranosaurus
23/2/2017 19:08 | Lets hope we get a repeat of the launch of BB Healthcare, they also failed to achieve full subscription but 10 weeks on they are up over 11% | daveofdevon
23/2/2017 18:40 | Thanks - they'll be a bit disappointed, I suppose. I should get all I applied for. | jonwig
22/2/2017 13:43 | I`ve gone for as many as I have spare ISA/SIPP cash. Expecting the offer to be increased and still be well oversubscribed. If I don`t get 75% of what I want I will top up in the market. | tyranosaurus
22/2/2017 09:20 | Yes - unfortunately, I've been on holiday and haven't caught up with all of my secondary emails. I'll watch on the 27th. | skinny
22/2/2017 09:06 | Skinny - TDD flagged up its participation with an e-mail. Can you sign up to e-mail alerts, etc. with HL? | jonwig
22/2/2017 08:43 | I've just seen these - unfortunately the offer is now closed via HL. | skinny
21/2/2017 14:19 | DAVE - I seem to remember we're about the same age (me, 70) and similar 'mature' approach to the markets. Maybe the main difference is my West Yorkshire vs. your Devon! | jonwig
21/2/2017 12:34 | Hi Jonwig, you must think I am your personal stalker but i think the problem is we share a similar portfolio profile. Anyway I have put in my application but this time instead of being a bit timid I chose to go for twice my normal amount. My guess is that in these uncertain times there will be a sizeable demand and probably some scaling back so if I get 50% I shall be happy, if I get more I shall still be happy, what I don't want is a tinpot holding. I note that the Midas tip in the Sunday Mail liked these and thought highly of the management team and their conservative approach. | daveofdevon
13/2/2017 14:57 | Yes, the property boom seems to be over as far as capital values go, and they've done safety in spades. 5% indexed yield is a big plus. I've already put myself down for some though not as many as I'd have wanted since the ISA is almost full. | jonwig
13/2/2017 13:38 | This looks like a get rich slowly share, with a decent yield. | tyranosaurus
12/2/2017 07:19 | giammy - Haven't read the literature in any detail yet. But I think it will be a fairly safe, boring 5% yield (indexed) with low LTV. | jonwig
11/2/2017 21:27 | is this a good investment? | giammy85
