10/12/2010 11:18 | adam I think you're spot on. sold too. almost no cash left imo. | greedfear
10/12/2010 02:33 | I sold a couple of weeks ago for non stock specific reasons. However the new bank facility announcement has made me wary of looking to get back in. Bank loans were £140m, and cash was £44m at last results with LIBOR + 0.75% as the interest rate. So the current facility of £99m implies the banks took the cash and stuffed them with higher interest rate, not to mention the £8m fees. They have also geared the covenant restrictions in such a way that LMR have to rapidly decrease the facility - which will make it difficult to improve the estate. It is being run for cash by the banks. The equity then seems to me even more dangerous than before. | adam

09/12/2010 19:04 | Well it's gonna be a slog - don't think I'd want a life changing wadge of these but happy to see how they go with a reasonable few in the pension. Not sure I'll hold for that 25p tho :-) CR | cockneyrebel
09/12/2010 16:04 | New bank facility seems quite onerous to me. Last reported net debt was £85m (total borrowings £140m) and they are required to repay £84m loans over 3 years. They've managed to reduce debt by £20m over the last year but that looks to me like a pretty fierce repayment schedule. Won't leave much for investment in the business! Smells to me as if the banks are going to milk it hard for cash; still seems touch & go whether the patient will be able to stand the treatment. | jeffian
09/12/2010 12:27 | I feel a turnaround unterwegs | deanroberthunt
09/12/2010 09:04 | significantly bank warrants are priced at 25p. so the banks are confident share price will exceed 25p in due course. | babysitter
09/12/2010 08:49 | Safe for the next three years apparently so recovery now more probable. Worth a punt just in case past highs are ever re-visited. | rheiner
09/12/2010 08:29 | Good news on financing today :-) These banks must be making a fortune, £8m charge and a stack of warrants - over a barrel or what? CR | cockneyrebel
01/12/2010 01:10 | wont last long. | mechanical trader
